We had our wedding in the Ardboyne Hotel on the 14th June 2024 and we had the most amazing day. Jo was so helpful from the first initial meeting to on the day - she's so down to earth and with her experience helped stir us in the right direction with some choices. Your wedding is safe in her hands! All the staff in the ardboyne are so lovely and couldn't do enough for us and our guests. The day ran so smoothly and the hotel itself is gorgeous and the food was delicious everyone raved about the dinner. The gardens are fab for wedding photos also. I highly recommend ardboyne as your wedding venue for a beautiful stress free day and stress free planning.

Where to start? From the first moment I entered the wedding fair I knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. Such a beautiful hotel and Jo, the wedding co ordinator, was amazing, talking us through packages available. The planning of our day was so smooth with Jo always there to answer question and never felt anything was too much. For anyone considering this hotel, I can honestly say our day was perfect. Relaxed and warm atmosphere. Staff on the day went above and beyond setting up the beautiful Tara Suite for ceremony and Boyne Suite for evening meal. Claire and Robbie made everything easy. People are still raving about the food, which was top notch. The attention to detail was second to none. I just wish we could do it all again in this amazing hotel.

My Husband and I had our wedding in the Ardboyne on the 4th of May 2024. The Ardboyne is the perfect location for onsite ceremony and reception in the Navan area. Their all inclusive wedding package is excellent value with plenty of scope to individualise. The management team, Jo, Robbie, Teresa and Claire are very knowledgeable about everything wedding related. Overall, we found all staff in the Ardboyne had a friendly, solution focused attitude and a professional approach to thier work. They simply couldn't do enough for us and we would not hesitate to recommend The Ardboyne Hotel as a wedding venue.

Cannot recomment the Ardboyne Hotel enough! We had our wedding here the 19th of January 2024 and Joanne was brilliant from the moment we met her and she put us at ease. From that moment, we knew this was the hotel we had to get married in. Joanne is an absolute asset to the hotel and without her I couldn't of imagined how our wedding would of turned out, she went above and beyond for us, between emails, calls and meetings, she always kept us at ease and helped us invision our wedding and everything went perfectly. Unfortunately, Joanne was sick the day of our wedding but with all her planning and notes, Robbie and Claire knew exactly how it was meant to be and how we wanted it. We cannot thank Joanne enought for our perfect day and also a big thank you to Robbie and Claire for taking over on the day.

Recently had our wedding here and we couldn't ask for better! From the service of the friendliest staff no ask was to big, the food was fabulous the hotel itself has undergone a makeover in recent months and what a wow factor it is.The decor is very warm and inviting and gives the hotel a very luxe feel.The gardens are also very beautiful and well maintained to host any occasion.The rooms have all that you need and are very comfortable and also decorated tastefully.So from start to end my guests included have had a fantastic stay and we were all well looked after.would highly recommend a stay for any occasion or just pop in for some lunch.

It’s hard to believe it’s coming up to 3 Months since we got married here in the ardboyne. 😮 now the dust has settled I just wanted to take time to write a review as it’s the least we could do given everything Jo, Katie and everyone in between did for us. Folks if you are considering booking your wedding here stop thinking and just go ahead and book it. Everyone went above and beyond for us and no stone was left unturned. We were made so relaxed coming up to the day and on the day we were treated like royalty. We have 4 kids who were well looked after and not to mention we have a son who has a severe egg and peanut allergy - Jo and the guys were so cautious with everything and took care of all the necessities to ensure he was safe and we were relaxed. ❤️🙂 the advice and recommendations we were given leading up to the wedding by Jo (as we wouldn’t know too much about that aspect) was very detailed and spot on. The food was simply amazing, so much so we were considering driving back over the weekend for some more 🙈😂we had a large group of family and friends who stayed over and Any request they had e.g ground floor room etc was met and all with a smile on their face. We are still absolutely astounded by how amazing the place looked and how well our kids and wedding party were treated. Everyone is still talking about the ardboyne and now one family member on each side is looking to book their wedding there too. From the receptionist to the bar staff and the cleaners, everyone was so polite and respectful and would go above and beyond for us all. Myself and my partner whole heartedly and very graciously want to thank you all for everything you did to ensure the day was as magical as it panned out to be. We will certainly not be strangers.

Overall we could not fault the experience of our wedding at the Ardboyne Hotel. From our initial booking to the big day. Jo and Katie were on hand to help with any queries we may have had and of course the all-important planning. Nothing was too much to ask of them and they worked tirelessly with us to help bring our vision to fruition. On the day itself, we would only have to think of something and Jo and her team would have it sorted before we even thought to ask. All of the staff were extremely friendly and personable and on hand to assist with anything required. The food was amazing and our guests couldn't stop raving about it, nor could we. Our guests were extremely impressed with the venue, food and staff. It had been asked of us a number of times what star the hotel was as some of our guests believed it to be a 4 star hotel due to the very high standards across the board. "A fantastic day from start to finish!"

We had our wedding reception in the Ardboyne Hotel on the 2nd April 2016. We chose the hotel barely six months beforehand after meeting with Jo who was every bit the professional and flexible on our idea of our big day. During the planning process both Jo and Katie were always available via email or at the other end of the phone to offer advice, indeed often it was them contacting us to see if they could be of any help! The day itself went absolutely without a hitch, we couldn't have wished for more. Upon arrival to the hotel everything was perfect, with Jo meeting us and our guests enjoying refreshments. The food was fantastic and plentiful and many of our guests continue to compliment the chef! We danced the night away with Vertigo who were brilliant at keeping people on the dancefloor. The residents bar was a hit late into the night with no pressure from the hotel to finish up. We loved the honeymoon suite and ended up staying there for a second night. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast the next morning, where we loved re-living the highlights of the big day with our guests in lovely comfortable surroundings. So if you're looking for a great venue with a fantastic ballroom and beautiful grounds complete with friendly, experienced and committed staff then look no further than the Ardboyne - we did and now we have wonderful memories to cherish for the rest of our lives.

From start to finish the girls in the Ardboyne couldn’t do enough. Being Honest we hadn’t really considered the Ardboyne as we didn’t really know much about it, especially with the rest of the soulless multi story corporate hotels clogging up the Google searches and Facebook. It was just by chance that I have played Rugby for years with Boyne RFC and knew there was a hotel next to Navan Rugby Club.

We had been to a few others and there was something impersonal about them, you kind of knew they were going through the motions to see their next clients. Both myself and Michelle work until around 6 so finding a Hotel Coordinator after this time midweek was quite difficult, most places required us to take time off work, not the Ardboyne. We arranged to call out for between 6.30 and 7 and were welcome with open arms. At the time there was an absolutely fantastic deal on which included alot of the things you forget about when planning a wedding. We knew it would probably expire but the Lady wrote it in the Diary and said she would guarantee the price. I work in customer service, so this had me won over straight away. We were brought to the room, undecorated we could picture how it would look, but even undecorated it’s a very nice size, especially for around 150 guests, and really nicely laid out. After this we were brought for a cup of tea and the Lady went through what we would need to do on the wedding and what not to forget, some excellent advice was given and we were very grateful. We decided in the car that we were going ahead with the hotel, it was that easy!

Roll on 2 years and in the mean time we were given a planner and the Hotel was in constant contact with us to make sure we were doing ok. We then mate Jo, what can you say about Jo, I suppose “professional” is the best term. This lady clearly had so much experience in this field as she was able to schedule the day pretty much on the spot, but not in a force full way, everything she said she backed up with a very logical explanation, which again put our minds at ease because naturally our heads were all over the place.

The day finally came, the car which was organised by the hotel arrived bang on time and got Michelle to the church with no hiccups whatsoever. After the ceremony we had planned on going straight to the hotel for photos, our photographer wanted to take a detour via Oldbridge, the driver dually obliged. When we arrived at the hotel, the driver had obviously rang ahead to let Jo know we were running a late, this was no hassle either, Jo rearranged some plans, and her experience really shone through. In the mean time our guests were loving the bar and lovely smoking area. We got our family shots taken in the garden, again picturesque and we were given all the privacy needed.

Then came the meal, what a meal, I mean... WHAT A MEAL. There was even second helpings. I’ve never seen my friends lick plates clean, and the service was simply sublime. I watched Jo instruct all the staff, it was like clockwork. There were quite a few young kids at the wedding and even they got the “A grade” treatment. There were so many compliments passed to us regarding the food and the way in which the day was run that we simply couldn’t write them down here. Next was the fun part, the band and the night, The dance floor was full all night, I noticed that the layout of the room does actually lend to this happening as there are no hidden tables, all the guests are sat in and around each other.

I’m sorry about this long review but I don’t think a simple paragraph would be enough to compliment the guys in the hotel, All of the staff went above and beyond and made this “Our Day”. I would recommend the Ardboyne to absolutely everybody and so would both of our families.

We got married here on 6 June 2015 and we would highly recommend the Ardboyne Hotel to all couples who are looking for that perfect day, from the minute we viewed the room we booked straight away, our wedding co-ordinator was Jo, she was absolutely fantastic, from the minute we booked she done everything for us, she really was amazing we were blessed to have her helping us plan our special day. We had all rooms booked in the hotel and guests were checked in as quick as can be, which was amazing with such a crowd, staff were brilliant and so nice and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, no one could fault anything, there was most definitely no shortage, guests were so amazed when more was offered around, some even commented it was the best food they were ever handed at a wedding! We also had the privilege to have our photos taken in the amazing gardens at the back of the hotel, they are a perfect location for your wedding day photos and you do not even have to make that extra stop off on the way! These gardens are excellent for photos, Our album looks amazing with them. Once the band was ready to set up the hotel staff were so quick to move the tables to clear the dance floor and quickly turn the room around, even with just over 100 guests we didn't have to leave the room, which is amazing as most hotels you need to move all your guests out and sometimes this can disrupt the atmosphere. We really would strongly recommend Jo and all of the staff at the Ardboyne Hotel, they really make it so personal! We cannot wait to come back and see you all again soon.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Jo and the team for how well they looked after our wedding. There was nothing they couldn’t do for us. The only complaint our guests had was they were too full to have the second helpings that they were being offered. I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough for weddings. Jo was there for us whenever we had queries and helped us with anything we needed help with from the moment we booked the wedding right up until we checked out Sunday morning! We had our wedding here on Saturday and it truly was an amazing day from start to finish. All the guests were really impressed. The food was exceptional! The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I just cannot thank you enough for the excellent service and attention to detail that made our wedding day so special and memorable. I will be recommending this hotel in the future to my friends and family 😄 THANK YOU again 😊

We had our wedding here on July 10th and had a truly amazing day. Jo, Katie and the rest of the staff are absolutely brilliant and ensured all our guests were well looked after. The ceremony room and ballroom were beautifully decorated, and the dinner service was very efficient. Many of our guests commented on the huge portion sizes, and the attention to detail at the meal. There is a lovely garden to the back of the hotel which we used to take our photos. We had been in the hotel a few times and have had lunch, snacks and dinner. The food is always gorgeous. From the time we booked this hotel we received top class service. I can highly recommend the Ardboyne Hotel. We'll definitely be back!

We had our Wedding in the Ardboyne Hotel in August of this year. We were at our friends ‘wedding there the previous year and decided it was the venue for us. We chose to have a civil ceremony in the Tara Suite and the reception in the Boyne Suite. Our ceremony was very intimate, exactly what we were hoping for and the reception was beautifully laid out. Our meal was absolutely gorgeous with many of our guests complimenting it. We can’t thank the staff enough and Jo Kerins. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, going that extra mile to make our day more special. She is a credit to the Ardboyne Hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anyone for their special day, Thank you to all the staff for making our wedding day so memorable.

Everyone was very impressed with the hotel and the level of service and the attention to detail. The room and the food were both excellent. We would like to begin by thanking Michelle and all the staff in the Ardboyne Hotel for a wonderful day. We had the pleasure of getting married in the Ardboyne Hotel on the 19th of July this year. We booked our wedding in September 2012 and from we met Michelle and made our decision to book we were made feel so relaxed and at ease. We visited the hotel a lot in the months leading to our wedding and every visit just confirmed we had made the right choice. We had a civil ceremony in the Tara Suite which was very intimate with our family and friends. The weather was amazing so we were able to benefit from the beautiful garden for all of our photos on the day. Our reception was in the magnificent Boyne Suite. Our guests thought the day was beautiful; the comments we received from our guests regarding the atmosphere and service provided by the team in the Ardboyne have all been brilliant. We would without hesitation recommend the Ardboyne Hotel for any occasion especially a wedding! All our thanks and best wishes!

Myself and my husband got married in the Ardboyne hotel in July 2013. We booked the hotel a year before our wedding date after going to view it and meeting the lovely Michelle. Prior to our booking we felt it was important to try out the food and make sure it would be nice for us and our guests. We went to the restaurant and were hugely impressed with the food, The portions and also the service we received. Michelle is a great asset to the Ardboyne and looked after us from the day we booked right up to after our wedding. The reception staff could not have been any more helpful with booking guests into rooms and changing the room lists even at the last minute!! Our day could not have run any smoother from the minute we arrived to when we left the following day we could not pick a fault. The room was fantastic and all the arrangements lovely. The food was gorgeous and plentiful with the staff coming round with extra meat, veg and potatoes during the main meal. They even went above and beyond their duty by providing a birthday cake for my granddad with only a day’s notice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and all our guests enjoyed their stay. It really is a fantastic venue for a wedding and I would not hesitate to recommend it. They really cannot do enough for you. Thanks so much again to all the staff at the Ardboyne Hotel.

Myself and my husband had our wedding in the Ardboyne on the 17th August 2013 and there is not enough words to express how much I love this hotel. Michelle and the staff, from the minute my husband arrived, were on hand with anything that was needed. We had our ceremony there and the room was perfect for the ceremony and again for the main reception. All our guests commented on how the staff could not do enough. The food was superb with seconds being offered. We had a few little hiccups throughout the day (nothing to do with the hotel) but they were on hand to help. If anyone is thinking of holding your wedding there, take my advice and book it. We stayed for the weekend and even the next day was brilliant. I wish I could do it all over again. Thanks again to Michelle and the team. You made our day truly perfect. Even though it rained we didn't care in the end!
